Priority services launched across Europe

New priority services will launch in June in countries across Europe, providing access to new services which will let you speed up your application.

Applicants for visitor visas, Tier 2 or 5 visas and dependents of Tier 2 or 5 applicants will be able to use the service. This means that for a fee of €100 your application will be placed at the front of the queue (but behind anyone submitting a similar priority application ahead of yours).

Applicants from the following countries will be able to use the priority service as detailed:

  • Austria, from 28 May 2013
  • Hungary, from 5 June 2013
  • Kosovo, from 20 May 2013
  • Latvia, from 23 May 2013
  • Moldova, from 22 May 2013
  • Poland, from 6 June 2013
  • Sweden, from 17 June 2013
  • Romania, from 29 May 2013

These new priority services have already been running in Russia and Asian countries since March. It can be expected that the priority system will be expanded to other countries in the near future.
