New procedure for Exception Talent visas with Arts Council endorsement
Anyone applying for an Tier 1 (Exceptional talent) visa endorsed by Arts Council England (ACE) must now follow a new procedure when submitting their documentation.With effect from 3 January 2012 anyone hoping to get endorsed by ACE will have to complete a new competent body application form which must be submitted with the visa application.
This form is a new requirement. Anyone who applied before 3 January did not have to provide this form with their application.
You must also provide the required supporting documents which demonstrate that you meet the ACE’s eligibility criteria.

This change does not affect any applications for endorsement by the Royal Society, the British Academy or the Royal Academy of Engineering. Such applications must be accompanied by a Competent body application form (science bodies) as before.
