The Home Office has introduced new application forms for some immigration categories, including settlement, permanent residence and indefinite leave to remain.

From 29 February 2008 applications for some immigration categories will have to be made on new application forms.

One of the key categories affected is applications for people seeking settlement, permanent residence or indefinite leave to remain in the UK.
