New application form for Bulgarian and Romanian nationals

The UK Border Agency (UKBA) have published the new application form, guidance notes and a leaflet for employers which include recent changes to the regulations. The changes to the form have been made to allow Bulgarian or Romanian work permit application and form BR3 to be case-worked simultaneously to reduce avoid delays.

You should make sure to use the latest version - ‘01/2012’ - if you are applying for your accession worker card. The form is available from the Work permits and accession worker cards page of the UKBA website.
