Apply online service unavailable from 30th Sep - 1st Oct

The UKBA's 'Apply online' service will be unavailable from 17:00 on Monday 30 September until 08:00 on Tuesday 1 October whilst maintenance work is carried out.

This means that whilst the service is offline you will not be able to:

  • access your customer account
  • submit applications
  • book appointments
  • pay for their applications online
  • use our ‘application form finder’ tool

Any applications saved before the service goes offline will be reinstated as soon as the service comes back online.

Whilst the service is offline the UKBA will not be able to book any appointments by phone during this time as well. Pre-booked appointments are unaffected so you should still attend if you have one booked.

Applicants outside the UK will still be able to apply using the Visa4UK service, which will not be affected by the maintenance work.
