Apply online service unavailable between 1 and 4 March 2013

The UKBA Apply Online service will be unavailable between 18:00 on 1 March 2013 and 06:00 4 March whilst maintenance work is carried out.

Whilst the service is offline you will not be able to:

  • access their customer account;
  • submit applications
  • book appointments
  • pay for their applications online
  • use our ‘application form finder’ tool

Any incomplete applications saved before the service goes offline will be available from 06:00 on 4 March 2013.

During this time the UKBA will also not be able to book any appointments over the phone. The appointment booking services will be available again when the service is reinstated. Any appointments already booked will go ahead as normal.

The Visa4UK service used by overseas applicants will be unaffected.
