What should I do if I’m having problems buying a subscription?
If you are having problems purchasing a subscription then you should contact your card issuer. Your card issuer will be able to identify why your payment is unsuccessful. We do not receive any details about why a payment is declined. If you still have problems making an online purchase then you may prefer to purchase one of our study guides or practice question test books.
