If you’ve forgotten your password then you may request for a new one to be created.

1. Visit our Forgotten Password page
2. Submit your username into the form displayed on screen. Make sure you provide the same username you gave during registration. Without the correct username, you will not be able to request a new password. You will need to follow separate steps if you have forgotten your username.
3. If you have submitted this information correctly, then we will automatically generate a new password for you. Your new password will be sent to the email address you provided during registration.

Once you’ve received your new password and signed into your account you may change your password to something more memorable.
